Have spoiled my clients, they just scream my name when they need help. Then I go to the Help Menu, copy the aswer and paste it in an e-mail

Use Notepad or Wordpad to construct e-mail messages, then paste into #Yahoo mail or #Gmail. E-mail clients sometimes, yuck.
