GoldMine is a Customer Relationship Managment software package. It is a database-driven application made by FrontRange Solutions. It is a Microsoft Windows program that manages contact information as well as interaction with these contacts, such as calls made to and by the contact, email sent and received and sales.

GoldMine has the ability to track call times, send and receive email, record and forecast sales, generate reports and synchronize with some Palm and Pocket PC handhelds.

GoldMine databases come in three different formats:

• dBase (through version 6.70.50123)
• SQL (version 4.0 and later) also referred to as MSSQL in GoldMine
• Firebird (database server) (version 7.0 and later)
